We provide the food trailer, products, staff, one service table, and one trash can.
Additional items such as tables, chairs, and extra trash cans are your responsibility.
Our Food trucks are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and can be reserved up to one year in advance. For the best availability—especially for weekends—we recommend booking as early as possible.
The Food Trailer does not accept cash directly. It is your responsibility to pre-sell tickets or arrange for someone at your event to handle on-site payments.
Final payment for services must be completed at the conclusion of your event. Accepted payment methods include check, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
All prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change. Should any changes occur, you will be notified at least 7 days prior to your event.
We ask that the signed contract and deposit be returned within 5 days.
The remaining balance is due at the end of the event. Payment may be made by Zelle, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
We provide one table and one trash can as part of our setup. Guests’ tables and chairs are your responsibility.
The truck will arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event to set up.
Please make any changes at least 48 hours before the event. Changes to time, location, or address may require additional notice since we often have events scheduled before and after yours.
Call us at least 1 week before the event to request a date change. Requests made within 1 week may result in the loss of your deposit. Date changes are subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes, any unused cooked food and salads will be offerd to you in to-go boxes/trays.
The truck requires 30 feet of parking space with at least 14 feet of overhead clearance. Please note:
Narrow or steep roads, and low-hanging trees, may restrict access.
Due to its weight, the truck cannot park on driveways, dirt, or grass.
No. All of our trucks are self-contained with generators and are fully staffed by our event manager.
We operate rain or shine. However, last-minute cancellations due to weather will result in a loss of deposit.
